Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalised artwork
• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Items marked as “Final Sale”

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@calligraphic.co.za and send your item to: 3 Spradbrow Road, KwaKhangela, Durban, 4013

Gifts

• If you haven’t received your refund:
• Recheck your bank account
• Contact your credit card company—there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted
• Contact your bank—processing time can vary
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at refunds@calligraphic.co.za

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, contact us at returns@calligraphic.co.za and send your item to: 3 Spradbrow Road, KwaKhangela, Durban, 4013

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please ship it to:
3 Spradbrow Road, KwaKhangela, Durban, 4013

• You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For expensive or fragile returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
