Welcome to Calligraphic.co.za. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>

Products and Services<\/h2>

We offer a curated selection of Islamic-inspired artwork for interior and exterior spaces, including Qur\u2019anic verses, Hadith, Du\u02bfas, and abstract pieces.<\/p>\n

All products are either:
– Pre-designed and available for direct purchase, or
– Custom\/bespoke based on client consultation<\/p>\n

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly due to the use of different materials, finishes, and lighting.<\/p>

Pricing and Payments<\/h2>

All prices listed on the site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

We accept secure payment via:
– Credit\/Debit Cards (via payment gateway)
– EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)<\/p>\n

Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch of goods.<\/p>

Lead Times and Delivery<\/h2>

Most of our artworks are made to order. Please allow:
– 7\u201310 working days for standard pieces
– 14\u201321 working days for bespoke commissions<\/p>\n

Delivery is available across South Africa via trusted courier services. Tracking information will be shared once dispatched. International delivery is available upon request and subject to custom clearance and shipping fees.<\/p>

Returns and Exchanges<\/h2>

Due to the custom and spiritual nature of our work, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:
– The item arrives damaged
– You received the wrong item<\/p>\n

In such cases, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.<\/p>

Custom Orders<\/h2>

Custom commissions are subject to:
– A formal design approval process
– A non-refundable deposit of 50% before production
– Extended lead times based on complexity<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to decline custom requests that fall outside Islamic ethical principles or our design capacity.<\/p>

Intellectual Property<\/h2>

All designs, artworks, text, graphics, and layout on Calligraphic.co.za are the intellectual property of Calligraphic and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.<\/p>

Use of Website<\/h2>

You agree not to misuse our site in any way that could damage or impair our services or reputation. This includes hacking, data scraping, or unauthorised access.<\/p>\n
