Overview<\/h2>\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.<\/p>

Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>

\u2022 Gift cards
\u2022 Downloadable digital products
\u2022 Items marked as \u201cFinal Sale\u201d<\/p>

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)<\/h2>

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
\u2022 Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
\u2022 Items returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/p>

Refunds<\/h2>

\u2022 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
\u2022 If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.<\/p>

Late or Missing Refunds<\/h2>

Gifts<\/h2>

\u2022 Contact your credit card company\u2014there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted
\u2022 Contact your bank\u2014processing time can vary
\u2022 If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at refunds@calligraphic.co.za<\/a><\/p>

Sale Items<\/h2>

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>

Exchanges<\/h2>

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, contact us at returns@calligraphic.co.za<\/a> and send your item to: 3 Spradbrow Road, KwaKhangela, Durban, 4013<\/p>\n

Gifts<\/h2>\n

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.<\/p>\n

If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser.<\/p>\n

\u2022 You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
\u2022 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
